We have received an e-mail from Gemma who has adopted Vucko. She introduces us to her new dogs.
Milord, is a boy who was found in the streets in Polen. He was hit by a car and layed there for several days, no one wanted to help him... Than he was found by a kind person, who has brought him to a shelter. There he had a roof over his head, but they didn`t care for him, he was parralised from his hips down. One volunteer has shaved him and saw that there were worms and fly-cocons and baby-flies in his wounds. She cared for him and cleaned him up. Then she tried to reach me with the question if I could take him over. No one wanted him and in the eyes of the polen he was worthless so he would slowly die there. OK, I made contact with the shelter and said that I would take him and would pay for the nessercery things, like injections and chip so that he can come and get all the medical care he needs. So....that is Milord.

Than came yesterday evening an emergency call! Lady... She is also from Poland, but already in Germany. She was used in Poland as a breedingmachine for 3 years, than the breeder has slammed her so hard, that she broke her back..., he smashed her over the fence into the village where she is abused as a sexmachine for humans, for over a year.... She came then to a fosterparent... in Germany, where she, just as Milord had, a roof over her head, but nothing else, there she wasn`t welcome anymore, because she wasn`t houstrained...she was incontinent...
Yes, sure, because it was a result of the abuse and broken back, but that wasn`t impotant, she had to die said the fosterparent.... The emergency call was made by other people to me and the same night after hours on the phone and mail, I could take her over. Monday she is brought here by very nice people and than we go after 2 days of getting known in this pack/house, to the vets and clinic to check out what she needs to give her the best chance in life.
Vucko has shown you all what can happen, although he has a broken back and more health problems.....let us all pray, that these 2 newcomers also may get something like Vucko his miracle and hope, that they learn to have just as much fun in life as he has...
